We are currently looking for a Junior WordPress Web Designer to join our fast-growing marketing agency based in Leeds (LS15). The primary focus of this role will be to onboard and then develop new, WordPress, theme-based websites as per the client's requirements. Shopify experience would be desirable. **#WebDesigner duties: -** - Maintain Core Values: Teamwork, Ownership & Professionalism TOP - Respect management and other team members at all times - Onboard new website clients - Work towards strict project completion deadlines - Be pro-active in gathering AI content and images to complete web projects - Arrange appointments to visit key prospective clients - Attend weekly project meetings and provide updates on web projects - Any other reasonable duties as requested - Work closely with the team - Drink coffee (not a deal breaker) **Software we use: -** - Google Search Console - SEMrush - Google PageSpeed - Universal Analytics - GA4 - WordPress & WooCommerce - Shopify - AIOSEO - Nitropack **About the right #WebDesigner: -** - Experience with WordPress and configuring WordPress templates (themes) - Positive, motivated & an upbeat - Ability to work under pressure - Happy to stay until the job is done (spoken in "One Punch Mickey" accent from the film Snatch) - Commercially minded - Creative and proactive approach - Willing to take on challenges - Maintains a neat and tidy workstation - Highly organised and deadline conscious **Other things: -** - Hybrid working available - Uncapped commission on referral sales - Additional holidays above 21 days standard - Christmas on us - Free tea and lattes (lots of lattes) - Relaxed working environment with music - Casual dress - Wildfire t-shirts provided (not necessary to wear) - Company events & social hours - Progression within the business is encouraged **Salary**: £25,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Casual dress - Company events - Company pension - On-site parking - Sick pay Schedule: - Monday to Friday - No weekends Supplemental pay types: - Bonus scheme - Commission pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Leeds, LS15 8GB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - WordPress: 2 years (required) Work Location: One location Reference ID: BDM123
