- The Change Grow Live Barnet service are looking for a caring, bold, and compassionate person to join our Criminal Justice team as an administrator, to help support people in leading healthier lives.**Responsibilities**:

- You will join a talented team and be committed to taking a positive, holistic, and empowering approach to working with the people we support.You will be the single point of contact for all our criminal justice referral pathways, supporting service users and professionals to facilitate access to our service. This will include liaising with the police, prisons and probation officers on a regular basis to ensure clients are booked in for appointments to access support and treatment. You will provide administrative and clerical assistance to enable the team to deliver an accessible, high-quality service to support our criminal justice service users and partners through their treatment journey across Barnet. The post holder will be service user-focused and compassionate in their work, offering support, advice, and guidance in response to all enquiries and referrals into the service.No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key to this role.
