Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth, at present they are looking for a HR Assistant.

Our client works within a leading construction industry. For the role to be effective and work for you, you must be really organised and, on the ball, to help with a range of positions from a recruitment perspective too.

**The Role**:

- **Permanent role - full or part time considered**:

- **Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm - Must be able to work Fridays as this is the day required when the HR Manager is out of office**:

- Recruitment - this is key part to the role
- Advertising on our website and externally via agencies
- Liaising with HoD regarding live vacancies
- Managing the interview process
- Offers and contracts
- Onboarding - inc inductions
- ID/access cards
- Keeping the HR and Timesheet portal up to date
- Hosting HR Hub for trades staff alt Fridays
- Creating/updating policies and procedures in line with industry standards
- Wage deductions (parking charges/speeding fine/equipment damage)
- Various other tasks/projects requested by HR Manager/MD

- Ability to deal with high work volumes and prioritise accordingly
- Practical and can-do approach and professional when communicating
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Good work ethic with an energetic approach
- Flexibility and commitment
- Ability to work effectively using your own initiative
