**Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)**

London - optional remote working

LMA Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner for a leading Financial Services company that has offices all over the world. Our client recognises Talent and has on offer a wide range of coaching and support to further your career.
Your role as a Senior HRBP will be to support a specific business area to develop a strong people strategy, recognising and providing results for the continuous improvement of performance of both employees and the business itself.
You will have a background in generalist HR with strong leadership and management skills. You will be a 'solutionist' and enjoy problem solving. You will be self motivated and have a drive for high performance - consistently providing support to your team andother employees. As this is a **3 month interim position**, it is essential that you are knowledgeable and versatile to 'hit the ground running,' providing sound advice and service immediately.

**The role**
- Build and maintain key relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Develop team members and identify areas for improvement and give feedback
- Provide solutions and generalist management advice
- Strategic workforce planning
- Diversity and Inclusion Management
- Organisational Design
- Create and adapt HR Policies and procedures - ensuring these are followed
- Ensure the company is making optimum use of human resources
- Be a trusted point of contact for senior leaders in the business
- Develop Centre of Excellence (CoE) groups

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar HRBP role
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or degree equivalent
- Financial or Professional Services sector exposure is desired
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and challenge but maintain strong relationships
- Experience leading people change initiatives
- Experience working in a large global organisation is preferred
- Recognise and understand the operations of CoE HR models
