Overview:
The Sr. Consultant (Implementation Manager) will be responsible for implementing iCIMS talent management products in customer-facing engagements. You will support and facilitate conversations to define business processes, run implementation meetings, train users, facilitate change management within the customer organizations and provide technical implementation consulting and project management. In this role, you will develop and lead the tactical plan for implementing iCIMS products and deliver on configuration efforts. The Sr. Consultant handles projects of Medium to High complexity and will report to the Manager, Professional Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carries out implementation projects from beginning to end stages for high profile Enterprise customers
- Completes on-site consultations and optimization strategies, supports roll-outs,
- Performs refined data migrations and leading CSV imports/exports (HRIS, Background, and Assessment)
- Understands the fundamentals, processes, and terminology of corporate recruiting environments, as well as a strong understanding of ASP systems and the impact of the benefit such systems introduce to new iCIMS customers
- Mentoring recently hired Implementation Managers
- Supports customers during the initial “live” period and transition to Account Management and Support organizations
- Take significant responsibility for the overall success of the project and the happiness of the customer
- Provide and support project management efforts to complete projects on time and within budget
- Handle several implementations of various sizes and complexities simultaneously

Qualifications:

- At least five years of related experience in Project Management in the talent acquisition/human resources space
- Ability to prioritize opposing outputs to meet target dates, handle time and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Shown success in leading dedication teams, achieving results through others and being a standout colleague
- A self-starter with the shown ability to take the initiative who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
- Customer success orientation with the ability to work with customers to research business processes, diagnose and resolve on-demand (web-based) software issues
- Advanced understanding of and ability to explain system-to-system integrations
- Strategic analysis/inventive problem-solving and business judgment

Preferred:

- PMP a strong plus
- PHR Certification a plus
