At International Water Solutions (IWS), we are revolutionising water treatment solutions, enabling industries to achieve sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence. As the Founder, my focus is on high-impact growth strategies, and I need a strategic, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to optimise my time and drive efficiency across the business.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a key partner, ensuring I can focus on strategy, innovation, and scaling the business, while you take charge of execution, organisation, and critical communication.
This is a hybrid role, primarily remote working from home, but with occasional in-person meetings as required. A **valid driving license** is essential. **Therefore your location is not that important.**

You are an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. You don’t just manage tasks—you anticipate needs, identify problems, and create solutions before they arise.
- Highly organised and proactive, with a strong ability to bring structure and efficiency.
- A confident communicator who can engage effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and high-profile clients.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using **Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook**, along with **project management tools** and CRMs.
- Fluent in social media, particularly **LinkedIn**, with the ability to manage and optimise professional networking and business engagement.
- **Trustworthy and discreet**, capable of handling confidential business and personal information with complete professionalism.
- Resilient and results-driven, taking full ownership of tasks and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with the founder.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee business and personal projects, ensuring progress and execution.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes, including automation where possible.
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external communications.
- Plan and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and scheduling.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks to allow the founder to focus on business growth.
- Oversee professional social media engagement, particularly on LinkedIn, to enhance networking and business visibility.
**Required Experience**
- Experience in project and operations management, handling multiple tasks, workflows, and deadlines.
- Ability to manage a busy executive’s calendar and inbox, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
- Strong understanding of process improvement, workflow automation, and streamlining operations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms in a professional capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- A valid driving license and flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings as required.
**Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)**
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or high-growth start-ups.
- Exposure to the water treatment or environmental sector.
- Knowledge of finance and budgeting, including expense tracking and liaising with accountants.
- Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support scalable business processes.

Pay: £27,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
