**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Web Designer to join an active web team. You will lead the corporate website design in-line with corporate brand guidelines to develop solutions which are visually compelling whilst also meeting usability and accessibility challenges.

As the senior designer, you will support technical and non-technical colleagues from the web and marketing teams and manage projects from conception to completion. You will use your technical knowledge to implement designs in our WordPress framework by building functional elements of the corporate and internal websites.

**About You**

As a Senior Web Designer, you will:

- Have significant current work experience in dynamic Web Designer role with advanced web design and development skills in HTML, CSS and javascript, and preferably PHP experience.
- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge and technical understanding of complex web design and development concepts including accessibility and user experience.
- Be able to design and develop, manage and support innovative and technical complex web services, systems and solutions.
- Have active listening skills enabling you to analyse end-user requirements, deliver excellent customer care and make use of your own initiative to resolve issues
- Be able to manage collaborative projects including the support and encouragement of others, establishing requirements, appropriate task allocation, project progress tracking and reporting
- Have good oral and written communication skills enable you to successfully communicate technical information to non-technical people in a clear and straightforward manner
