**Job Description**:
Due to continued growth, we have a BRAND NEW IPS site coming to Lutterworth With this growth comes a fantastic opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. Within this role you will provide accurate reporting and administration support to the site. It will be your responsibility as the Site Admin to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the operation.

**Shifts: Any 5 in 7 days; 8:30am-5pm**

**Key responsibilities of the Site Administrator include**:

- Providing daily and periodic reporting back to Group on Production by Client.
- Creating and controlling all Customer Packing Specifications (SPI’s).
- Together with the Production Controllers, ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
- Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed accurately in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.
- Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
- Assisting in the training and development of new starters.
- Completing general administration paperwork filing.
- Driving own personal development through training and work based experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to work using own initiative.
- PC literate with experience in MS Excel, along with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
- Organised, conscientious and reliable.
