Our Milton Keynes based client is seeking a Sales administrator to support their sales department.
Our client requires a strong sales administrator to work within a small team supporting a successful sales department

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours-Monday 8:30am-5:30pm Tuesday
- Friday 9am-5pm
**Salary**: Up to £25,000 DOE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out general Sales Administration and ad hoc duties as required.
- To have read, understood and comply with Company Policy and Procedures at all times.
- To assist in progression of sales
- Support sales department with administrative tasks such as updating systems and 3rd party sales platforms.
- Liaise with colleagues and 3rd parties to coordinate documents, reports and legal documents
- To produce weekly reports and to manage customer databases
- To carry out secretarial duties for Sales Director and Sales Department as required to
- include diary management and co-ordinating meetings
- Update customer databases
- Ensuring filling it kept up to date
