**Recruitment Consultant - No Cold Calling
Amersham / Commute from High Wycombe, Watford
Realistic OTE £35,000 in Year 1 (rising to £45,000 in Year 2)**
CV Screen is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant who loves the service delivery aspect of recruitment. Based in Amersham (with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office), you will work on live vacancies from day one, and there’s no cold calling requireddue to the amount of repeat business we generate.
You will be supported by our experienced and loyal team and you’ll have access to some of the best technology on the market (our CRM is Vincere and we also use SourceBreaker which is a great tool for finding the best talent)

**Established in 2000, CV Screen has successfully recruited for a diverse range of organisations including The FA Premier League, Red Bull and Oxford University.
**YOUR DUTIES**
Writing adverts
Updating company database.
**WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?**
You will ideally have previously worked in a Recruitment environment in either a Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant / Internal Recruiter or Service Delivery role.**SALARY**
**= Basic Salary to £25,000, realistic OTE £35,000 in Year 1
- Rising to £45,000 in Year 2 and earnings of £60,000+ are achievable by Years 3+ as your amount of repeat business increases).
- Pension, 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays) plus flexible working.
Hours - 37.5 hours per week (flexible working arrangements available including the opporunity to work part time)
**LOCATION
**Amersham | Buckinghamshire (1 day per week minimum)
Commute from High Wycombe / Rickmansworth / Chesham / Watford / Beaconsfield
