**Customer Service Administrator - Quainton**
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced Customer Service Administrator for our machine distributor client based in Quainton.
**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000
**Hours**: Mon-Thurs 8am
- 5pm & Fri 8am-3pm
**Duties**:
- Dealing directly with customers to ensure that the company does as much as reasonably possible to satisfy the customer's needs
- Managing the relationships with the client nternational and internal colleagues regarding customer orders and requirements
- Processing the purchase orders with the supplier ensuring accuracy and attention to detail of equipment required
- Building a working knowledge of product details and company services offered
- Liaising with the engineering team to ensure appropriate management of their time, hotel booking and customer expectations in preparation for installation
- Ensuring the customer is kept informed of order progress and timelines
- Building relationships with current clients
- Ensuring that customer requirements for engineering assistance are managed in a timely manner with appropriate support made available
**Requirements**:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Intermediate in Word, Excel and Outlook
