**Ashridge Group have a new opportunity**:We are seeking an Operations and Response Supervisor to join our team at Head Office on a Full Time, Permanent contract. You will work an average of 45hrs p/w working a mixture of days, nights and weekends with the opportunity to progress and move into the Assistant operations Manager role meaning you are able to learn on the job in a senior position.

This position will allow you to work as part of a friendly experienced team, who will help guide you and provide you with the correct training in order to complete this role.

**Location**:Soulbury (LU7 0JL)

**Pay Rate**:Starting at £28,000 with an increase after successful completion of probation

**Hours**:45 Hours per week

**Duties include**:

- To complete regular site visits and employee welfare checks to ensure compliance with company policies and SIA licensing requirements
- To schedule rosters ensuring shifts are scheduled correctly as per client requirements.
- Assisting with recruitment and conducting interviews
- To ensure that any issues are promptly raised to the appropriate manager as not to effect shift coverage or client’s satisfaction
- To supervise and manage a team of event security and stewarding staff during events
- To undertake such additional duties as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post.
- To ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met and any areas of improvement are identified.

There is a requirement to be on call alternative Weekend days.
- Week 1 - office based
- Week 2 - field based

**Requirements**:

- [Essential] Valid SIA License
- [Essential] IT literate
- [Essential] Full 5 Years employment/education history.
- [Essential] Valid Driving License
- [Preferred] First Aid Trained (Certified)
- [Preferred] Experience in the security industry
- [Preferred] Excellent customer service skills
- [Preferred] Clear and direct commutation skills [Written and verbal]
