About the opportunity: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Assistant to join our Finch Farm Facilities - Kitchen department.

Working closely with the Front of House Manager, you will assist with the serving of meals and beverages whilst ensuring that the kitchen and serving area are clean and tidy. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service within the dining areas across the training facility, leading from the front and being a positive role model within the team, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed across the facility.

Other key responsibilities include;- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the dining room at all times-
- Assisting with the ordering and deliveries using nominated suppliers, when required-
- Setting up and clearing down after service-
- Implement and ensure the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times - this includes any upskilling that is required-
- To maintain good conduct, discipline and motivation within the department-
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all servicesWho we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for a front of house professional, who has previous experience within a fast-paced, food service environment.

You must be comfortable working with a wide variety of demands and be flexible enough to support your team in an ever-changing environment.

This role is on a permanent contact, working 35 hours per week and is based within Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood).
