**About us**

Due to a continuous growth TFS Healthcare are looking to take on a experienced Recruitment Consultant in our London Bridge office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a highly successful Healthcare recruitment agency spiralised in placing Nurses within the NHS and Private.

We train and develop all our recruitment consultants through our experienced managers and L&D department. If you are looking for the next step in your career and want to earn well and progress rapidly, then TFS Healthcare is the one.

**The role**
- Maintaining the relationship with one specific client that we have already developed a relationship with here at TFS
- Resourcing
- via the database, networking, and referrals, headhunting and social media
- Arranging interviews
- Attending Industry Conferences

We are an extremely proactive recruitment agency and as such, we are looking for sales driven high achievers for our team. Ongoing training and support are offered and as an organisation we offer a transparent career structure. Alongside this the role has a competitive commission structure which matches that of a 360 Consultant that ensures a great earning potential

We also offer a guarantee for 3 to 6 months for our experienced recruitment consultants along with the role will be coming into a warm desk where you will earn 5% of the billing made already.
