My client is a specialty (re)insurer at Lloyd's, underwriting a diverse range of Property, Commercial and Speciality (re)insurance products.
They are recruiting for an Underwriting Operations Analyst to support the Underwriting Operations Manager on a permanent basis. You will be helping the team in achieving operational performance and process excellence.
As an Underwriting Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operational processes, resolving issues related to the Policy Administration System, and maintaining the integrity of underwriting and operations data. Additionally,you will partner with outsourcing providers on query management, SLAs, and quality checks and support the wider operations team in optimizing processes.
This role will be based in London and will be a mix of remote and on-site working.
Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and confirm the correct value of data and ensure it is updated and query closed
- Partner with outsourcing providers on query management, SLAs, and quality checks
- Ensure the quality and integrity of Underwriting and Operations data
- Support the wider operations team to optimize operations processes
- Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and other interested parties to address and resolve operational issues
- Support ad-hoc projects and other work items at the request of Operations team management
