**Production Line Leader Reporting to Production Shift Manager**
**Primary functions**
- Ensuring materials are ready in advance to commence production
- Monitoring the production of all types of bouquets and plants to ensure the specifications required by the Customer are achieved consistently
- Communication with the Managers on the efficient operation of the production lin.
- Coaching the production employees: motivating, supporting, instructing as required
- Visual checking of the flowers, packaging and finished products on the production line to ensure they meet customer specification
- Noticing quality deviations and discuss this with the Production/Quality Managers
- Competent with administration, specification and work sheets required to be completed
- Enforcing company rules and policies
**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring regular production checks are made on Labels/Sleeves and Specifications
- Ensuring the efficient running of the Production Line
- Discuss issues concerning production lines, employees, quality etc. with the Production Managers
- Attend applicable meetings
- Comply with the Company rules and regulations as detailed within the Company Handbook

**Knowledge and skills**
**Essential skills**
- Previousexperience in a Line Leader or higher role
- Good floralproduct knowledge
- English level Advanced.
- Goodcommunication, organization and leadership qualities.
- PC Skills in relation to Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access
**Desirable skills**
- Good Knowledgeof floral processes and procedures and work methods
- Knowledge ofBOPP/Other pack house standards
- Knowledge of Vision within the production environment

Core Working Hours**:Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00**
Occasional additional shifts as required inorder to facilitate the needs of the business
Salary scale: £11.70 per hour, overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%, unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15% & Contributory Pension Scheme
Annual leave: 28 Days incl bank holidays
