Part-time Finance Assistant

Our client has experienced a lot of positive growth over the last few years and following extensive investment, this is set to continue for the foreseeable future.
Working in St Neots, this role will work **four days a week** (Ideally Monday to Thursday) and will be based onsite in Eaton Socon.
The role will be varied and whilst purchase ledger will be your primary task, you will also assist with other duties which will include;
Checking, matching and reconciling invoices
Checking supplier invoices against POs and updating on Sage
Reconciling supplier statements
Chasing VAT invoices for proformas and direct debits
Setting up new suppliers
Making BACs payments
Bank reconciliations
Assisting other members of the team as appropriate
This role will suit someone who has experience working in accounts, particularly purchase ledger and enjoys being busy.
Working in a friendly, established team, experience of Sage would be a distinct advantage and a good understanding of Excel is also important.
This is a lovely role that will suit someone who wants to be part of a business that has a history of staff retention.
