We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.

**What you’ll be doing as Glow Greens Customer Service Advisor**:

- **Represent Glow Green** to our customers, engaging with care and integrity to ensure a positive experience.
- **Coordinate repair work** by following company procedures and arranging engineer appointments as needed.
- **Solve problems effectively**, making decisions within company guidelines and suggesting new options when appropriate.
- **Communicate proactively** with customers, keeping them informed while demonstrating empathy and building rapport.
- **Collaborate with technical service managers** to assist customers with technical queries related to their installations.
- **Take ownership** of customers requiring further work, ensuring their installation is completed smoothly from start to finish.
- **Work cross-functionally** with other teams to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed efficiently.

**The ideal Customer Service Advisor**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has **at least 1 year of experience** in a customer phone based or operational role.
- Thrives when **multi-tasking** and stays extremely organised under pressure.
- Is a natural **problem solver**, able to think quickly and find solutions.
- Possesses an **excellent telephone manner** and outstanding communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment**.
