As a
**Senior Payroll Specialist** at ADP, you will support the Service Team Manager in enhancing both the client experience and associate development within the team. You will be expected to develop and coach the team and improve client engagement within the team client base. A key focus of the role will be to improve processes for the benefit of both our clients and associates. Ultimately you will support and develop our associates to deliver World Class Service Delivery.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide service to a reduced portfolio of clients
- Subject matter expert for technical enquiries
- Coaching of associates; Product, Process, Payroll, Telephone Excellence
- Continuous Improvement
- Share and ensure adherence to best practice ensuring consistency across teams
- Ownership of the new starter onboarding
- Represent Service in BPI initiatives
- Payroll Commit/Bacs sign off

**To Suceed In This Role**:

- Expert in products, (including Freedom), payroll and legislation knowledge
- Excellent coaching skills and developing others
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communicating and influencing skills
- Results orientated
- Process and quality orientated
- Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Education**:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience in producing UK payrolls
