We are recruiting for a Site Supervisor M & E to work with our client in Blackburn Meadows, Sheffield with a seamless onboarding process and immediate starts available.

**Duties**
- Site supervision of sub-contracted installation of wastewater products, including both mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ability to supervise sub-contractors on site in line with current health and safety legislation, CDM requirements, company procedures and the project requirements. Good communication skills and to be able to build relationships with personnel on site at all levels. To have hands on experience and supervision experience of the installation of water and wastewater plan and machinery.
- To manage sub-contractors on site throughout the site phase of the contract
- To ensure that all personnel working on site are competent and have the relevant training required to undertake their activities.
- To review risk assessments and method statements with the appropriate sub-contractors and ensure that all work is carried out in line with the agreed method statement.
- To ensure that the site is set up and all work is carried out with the current CDM requirement. Any discrepancies are to be reported to the appropriate Project Manager.
- To ensure that both the company & their sub-contractors are working to the site rules laid down in the site induction and health & safety information.
- To liaise with Project Managers and fulfil a site installation programme of work to the satisfaction of clients.
- To develop a professional working relationship with clients and their staff to ensure repeat business is achieved.
- To maintain a detailed log of variations requested by the client and communicate these variations to the relevant Project Manager in a timely manner.
- To liaise with the Commissioning Engineer to enable a smooth transition between installation and commissioning functions.
- Provide hands on assistance when required to ensure the subcontractors are able to carry out their duties.

**Experience Required**
- Site Manager/ Supervisor Safety Training Scheme
- NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Duties
- Confined Space Training
- Holder of Supervisor Level CSCS Card
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- First Aid
