**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead qualification.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
