Title - EUC Deskside Engineer

Salary - £25,00 - £30,000

Location - Stevenage

Shifts - Monday
- Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Concept Resourcing are working with a market leading IT Managed Service Provider, recruiting an EUC Deskside Engineer to be based onsite at one of their major customer locations. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of IT hardware and operatingsystems, with excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to go through high level security clearance for this position is a necessity.

**The Role**
- Take ownership and manage user requests and incidents
- Provide 2nd line support for software and hardware faults
- Hardware installs and deployment projects
- Software installation and remediation
- Decommissioning of IT equipment
- Troubleshoot user issues
- Strong understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Previous experience in a deskside or EUC engineer or similar capacity
- Able to work independently
- Good hardware breakfix knowledge
- ITIL awareness
