**HR Administrator - Part-Time**

**WIZU/ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis to help facilitate our growth needs. **Key Responsibilities**
Reporting into The Head of Culture and Engagement, your primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Complete HR related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Benefits administration
- Oversee the recruitment process, posting adverts, working with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
- Manage all new starters induction within the business; make job offers, produce employment offer documents and contracts, complete reference checks and arrange induction training.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Prepare HR-related letters (employment verification, promotions, etc.).
- Track probation reviews, review deadlines to ensure timely completion and documentation.
- Ensure all employee offboarding administration is completed.
- Assist with Learning and Development
- Assist with business audits where necessary.

**JOB DETAILS**

**Working hours: Part-time** 09:30-1:30, Monday-Friday, 20 hours a week.
**Salary**: £13,000 per annum
**Location**:Hybrid working is available but must be able to visit onsite locations when required. Whilst in the probationary period 3 days in the office and 1 day at home. Upon successful passing of probation this can change to 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Locations are currently based in the North of England, (mainly in Leeds) with other locations being Harrogate, Sheffield, Newcastle, and Glasgow. However, Wizu is on a growth journey and expect our number of locations to increase over the coming years.

Pay: £13,000.00 per year
