**Head of Property Management**
A great and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to join our established **residential lettings** team, as Head of Property Management.
This is a prestigious role within the region, and a prestigious location, based at The Hacienda in Manchester City Centre.
Our property management teams play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive the high-quality service they deserve, throughout their time with us. Therefore, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven peopleleader who is experienced in the lettings industry and is passionate about inspiring and developing their team to be the best property professionals, delivering a first-class customer service.
**The role of Head of Property Management, will include duties such as: -**:

- Overseeing the Property Management team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer retention
- Creating a team environment that is fun and productive where colleagues support each other to achieve individual, team and company goals
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Overseeing maintenance works, end of tenancy deposits, safety certification and compliance, and having a sound knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
- Overseeing training, development, coaching and performance management of your team to get great results
- Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure company objectives are achieved

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**:

- At least 5 years’ experience within the property industry, ‘ideally’ with a Level 3 qualification in Lettings and Property Management
- Thorough understanding of lettings industry legislation
- Dynamic team player and motivational manager
- Experienced in managing and leading people, and getting great results via managing performance
- Naturally resilient, driven and customer-centric with a can-do attitude
- Proven track record of delivering great customer service
- An articulate communicator with ability to create colleague and customer relationships
- Ability to embrace change and grow with the business
- Full driving licence
