Head of Property Management

Our client is seeking a Head of Property Management in Greater Manchester. This position offers not just a job, but a chance to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact in the property management sector. With a competitive basic salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, plus commission, this role promises both financial reward and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance property management services.
- Liaising with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships and service standards.
Essential skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in property management, with a focus on compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a large and varied portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to drive improvements and efficiencies.
