**Purpose of the role**:
This is a full-time office based role to provide an efficient Facilities service to our internal customers so that OneFamily can fulfil its strategic objectives, including general maintenance, storage, vending, catering, hospitality, purchasing, meeting room support. Assisting the Facilities Management team with Contracts and the management of Contractors, together with refurbishments and any office relocations (internal or external moves). To oversee Health and Safety and be responsible for the implementation and management of the Health & Safety policy throughout OneFamily, whilst complying with H&S legislation. To provide professional and reliable Facilities services to employees by keeping up to date with best practice, ensuring requirements are clear and service levels are implemented and maintained.
