- Full and part time hours available

Come on an amazing journey with us and support our brand new service where we will be supporting female adults with complex health needs and various learning disabilities, who will want to enjoy a building an active live in their home and their local community.

Located in Tadley, near Basingstoke, there is access via public transport to the service but ideally you are a driver with access to own car, or at least a driving licence, as some of our people do have their own mobility car.

This is a brilliant opportunity for the successful applicants to be fully involved in the shaping of this service, take ownership of your role and development and making sure people we support have a good day every day

- Supporting our people to be engaged in all their day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.

- Helping and supporting to keep people financially safe but as in control as possible.
- Supporting people to build pride about their home, making it their own and maintaining this.
- Supporting people with all aspects of their daily lives from personal care, being financially safe and aware, keeping healthy in body and mind and achieving their life goals.
