**The Position**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Technical project team in the successful delivery of projects
- Overseeing the installation of the project on site, travel to UAE, and international travel to attend site
- Leading the production of a project through manufacturing/engineering workshops at the Company’s base and work closely with the Production Management team to oversee the relevant manufacturing processes
- Identifying, escalating, and managing any matters that could pose a potential contractual/commercial risk
- Facilitating communication, co-ordination, and information flow with the client and within the project team, including any subcontractors and partners
- Ensuring the varied and bespoke items for each project are made to the required standards and to deadlines
- Organising and preparing loading & logístical plans to ensure projects are efficiently transported to & from site
- Ensure all systems and procedures are followed with regard to the Quality Management System and Health & Safety Policy
- Ensure the Design Team receive accurate and complete information that relates to the design requirements of the project
- Ensure that all company & statutory systems and procedures are followed with regards to Health & Safety

**The Person**
- A general education to include 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (including Maths and English), or an equivalent educational qualification, or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong teamworking skills
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience of working to varying production deadlines & changing specifications
- Positive attitude to work
- Highly organised and able to work flexibly, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passionate, enthusiastic and driven
- Enthusiasm to support other areas of the Company as required
