We're currently looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join us for the ride.

**Purpose**

The Logistics & Warehouse coordinator is responsible for supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Manager in the receipt, care, and safe delivery of all Stock, both in the UK and abroad. Based primarily in the Warehouse, they will collaborate primarily with the D&P team and other functions to ensure that all inventory is accounted for throughout its lifecycle and that all documentation of it is tracked and communicated for the Finance Team.

Working with external shipping suppliers and internal stakeholders they will ensure that the receipt, collection and delivery of all Dressing, Tech and Service items are aligned with the Venue Openings Programme needs, as well as allowing for on-going BAU Warehouse stock replenishment.

**Accountabilities**

**Planning**
- Working with various departments to ensure all items within scope required for new venues are available in time for delivery as required, this may include lighting, furniture, or any item purchased by the interiors team as deemed necessary.
- To actively participate in and encourage all members of the Warehouse and Logistics team to follow and actively seek to improve the processes and procedures for the department.
- Be able to review and revise the current SLA’s and Warehouse Processes to keep the department in a continuous improvement cycle.

**Warehouse Stock management**
- To optimise an efficient and cost-effective warehouse solution for Red Engine
- To maintain and keep up to date any and all software packages used for the recording of stock management.
- Working with the Warehouse and Logistics Team to ensure that all administrative duties are completed, and all processes are followed in the department.
- To actively look to resolve all stock discrepancies by investigation, and to ensure that all records in Sortly are correct and as accurate as possible at all times.
- Running of reconciliation reports as required

**Crating, Shipping & Tracking**
- To ensure that all stock required for crating is booked onto Sortly and is in the appropriate storage areas prior to the commencement of a crating week.
- To be a point of contact during all crating weeks, ensuring that all stock is available in the required areas for ease of picking by the Dressing and Production Team.
- To assist the DAP team with identifying ‘Budgetary Constraints’ when a venue is approaching is budgetary target whilst packing.
- To ensure that all stock is appropriately packed, for onward movement for travel to the new venue, either domestic or international.

**External Relationships**
- To maintain external relationships with all external transport providers.
- To book all 3rd party transport using the portal system.

**Internal Relationships**
- ** Dres**s**ing and Production**
- To be on hand to assist with collections / deliveries as required.
- To assist with buying trips, providing transport and ability to move goods.
- To be a source of assistance as required, in terms of Sortly usage, report running, and any information required.
- BAU - to ensure all BAU stock is picked, packed, and shipped within agreed SLA’s. Offering alternative products when the original selected cannot be found or has been used for another project.
- Assist as required with any installation / De-rig of seasonal items.
- ** Facilities / Maintenance**
- To store and despatch any items sent to Birmingham for future use by the facilities team.
- ** Tech**
- To store and despatch any items as requested by the tech team.
- ** Venues**
- To provide a first-class service to all venues, so any items request for / by them are received in a timely manner and in good condition ready to be used in the venue.

**Client Management** (Creative/Tech/Operations)
- To respond to any queries not related to the above, in a timely manner to its full conclusion.

**To be successful in this role, **you will**:

- Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels both in Red Engine and the Birmingham venue.
- Intermediate level Microsoft excel skills.
