Nonacus Ltd, is a privately held company developing innovative molecular diagnostics products, combining reagents and software, for the International clinical market. We specialise in the use of cell free DNA to inform clinical decisions with a particular focus on liquid biopsy.

**Purpose Statement**

We are looking to recruit a logistics coordinator to process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. You will be responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
- Arrange transportation, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with no delay
- Receives products and coordinates delivery
- Prepares loads for shipment
- Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
- Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established guidelines are met.
- Oversees inventory of goods.
- Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

**Job Qualifications**
- GCSE’s in maths, English and science with BTEC or vocational qualification in logistic or supply chain being advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar logistics position
- Knowledge and experience of reviewing, transportation costs, and/or prices of raw materials would be an advantage
- Logistical planning experience, preferably in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of internal and external contacts
- Ability to assess provision and order fulfilment logistics and propose and implement improvements as and when required.
- IT literate to at least level 3
