This role is an excellent, challenging career opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead the execution of the Cloud and Security campaigns and marketing programs for NTT DATA’s Europe & LATAM region. The role will be working closely with the regional Cloud and Security teams to plan and implement marketing and demand generation activities to grow our pipeline and revenue in the region.

The role is focused on planning and executing Global and Regional cloud marketing campaigns and initiatives across the region. In addition, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the Alliances team and strategic cloud and security partners (Microsoft, AWS, Dell Technologies, Pure Storage, Google etc) to develop and lead the execution of cloud and security programs and activities that would grow the NTT DATA regional pipeline.

The role will require extensive engagement with the local business leadership and sales to deliver programmes that drive business outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Demand Generation Director for Europe and LATAM and Global Cloud and Security team to create a regional Cloud and Security marketing plan and own the execution of the plan to drive greater bottom of the funnel marketing activity through BDR actions and engagement with sales.
- Own the lead conversion process from lead through to opportunity driving value and optimisation at each point along the process resulting in an overall growth of marketing sourced pipeline for Cloud in Europe & LATAM.
- Working closely with sales to ensure hand off is smooth and sales follow up is strong ensuring an overall lead to won deal conversion improvement in region.
- Extract insights from the campaign engagement and intent data and equip the Cloud and Security teams and BDRs to drive better conversion
- Executive NTT DATA and joint partner marketing activities and events focused on Cloud and Security.
- Track, measure and report on the cloud and security campaigns and activities ROI

**Knowledge and Attributes**:

- Highly collaborative - ensure alignment, do education, and build optimal relationships with key stakeholders on different levels across organizations
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Exposure and understanding of different cultures and approaches
- Very strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong understanding of NTT DATA’s cloud capabilities, target markets and strategic ambition
- Great program management skills with the capability to juggle a range of projects and consistently deliver results
- Ability to operate within a matrix environment- Ability to take a holistic view without compromising detail and robustness of the program

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- A relevant degree in Sales or Marketing Management

**Required Experience**:

- A minimum of 5+ years’ work experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in a Marketing function within the IT Industry.
- Experience in a multi-national environment is preferred.
- A proven record of accomplishment in developing business plans and multi-phase programs across multiple geographies.
