**Package**: £24,000 - £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K Year 2) (£60K Year 3)

They have split their divisions to have a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants who work in typical recruitment fashion and a Client Services team who work with long term retained clients to meet their recruitment needs.
