Do you have a passion for problem solving? With good planning skills? Can you effectively lead a team of fitters to carry out planned and reactive maintenance?

If this sounds like you, we are looking for a maintenance supervisor at our Needham Market site.

You will be responsible for planning upcoming work and routine maintenance as well as reactive maintenance. Working with the engineering manager to identify work required and suggest solutions for maintenance and improvements. You will ensure that the maintenance team are carrying out the tasks in a safe and timely manner.

As a supervisor you will lead by example and ensure that the team are well supported, and you are approachable. You will be responsible for training your team and others when required.

**What do you need?**

You will need to have experience of the following:
Heavy plant and equipment

Conveying and Screening equipment

Reading mechanical and hydraulic drawings

Competent use of tools and equipment.

As well as the following skills:
Excellent communication

Strong analytical and problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
