**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase
- Use effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales leads in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices
- Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Attend sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and techniques

Qualifications:

- A-LEVEL or equivalent required; coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in a cold calling environment
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
