Order Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing business within Milton Keynes.
Our client is expanding and moved to a new premise, they require an Order Administrator to support the office.
You will be responsible for providing the business with an excellent customer service and accurate entry of customer sales orders, provide pricing and quotes to customers.
The role would suit anyone technically minded who likes to get to know a product base in a niche business.
Job responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone, obtain accurate information when message taking or dealing with customer requirements.
- Create and process sales orders in SAGE 50
- Create supplier purchase orders
- Filing and assisting in stock taking activity
- Support with the shipment of packages, putting products away, checking deliveries on arrival
- Task driven and technical minded
- Knowledge of an accountancy software
- Some lifting maybe required when assisting in the warehouse
- Able to build and maintain relationships
- A team player
Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch, generous holiday, private healthcare after 12 months, pension and free parking offered.
