**As Staff Welfare Assistant** you will be an essential member of our back-of-house team working to look after our teams on a day to day basis. You'll work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure that every member of staff is provided with quality meals in our Staff facilities. You will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas, aswell as all public areas of the Staff Facilities - attention to detail will be at the heart of what you do.

For those interested in developing their culinary skills, you will be able to learn from and support the Chefs with basic food preparation with access to training & development, although this aspect of the role is not essential.

This role is for 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, 11am-3pm, Monday-Friday and could be perfect to fit in around school hours

- A flexible can-do attitude and someone who takes pride in their work
- Cleaning experience or experience in a similarly physical role
- Punctuality and good levels of attendance
