Working under the direction of the SENDCo, you’ll deliver targeted interventions, support behaviour improvement, and help pupils overcome barriers to learning. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference to vulnerable learners, both in the classroom and through wider pastoral support.**About you**You’ll be enthusiastic, proactive and compassionate, with a good standard of education (including Maths and English GCSEs) and ideally a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Skilled in building positive relationships, you’ll bring patience, resilience and excellent communication to the role.
