Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a **HR Lead** to join us on a temporary basis for our Coop contract based in **Andover**. As a HR Lead you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR function providing strategic vision and support in continuingly developing the depot, culture, and the team.

This role is available as a **fixed-term contract for a duration of up to 12 months**, where you will be working a Monday - Friday role, the primary working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30. However, a degree of flexibility is required, with the potential to cover varying shifts from 08:00 to 18:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of **up to £44,000** per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day as a HR Manager**:

- Accurately managing HR KPI’s on site, to include absence, headcount and other key measurables
- Lead & develop onsite People agenda
- Coaching and training Managers and Supervisors on HR matters, process and policies
- Implementing and maintaining efficient HR processes
- Continuous Improvement initiatives within the HR department

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- CIPD Qualified or studying towards level 5 or above
- Adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment
- Practiced in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements
- Previous ER caseload management experience
