To provide effective administrative support to the Operations Director and, to help ensure smooth running of the weekly invoices for the three locations and to assist in the digitisation of all 3 site records which will be a project in 2023.
CONTRACTED HOURS: 16 hours per week £12.75 per hour
CONTRACTED TERM: Permanent
LOCATION: Nottingham, The Lost City workshop/head office on Hayden road.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Assist the Operations Director and head office team with data entry
- Produce purchase ledgers.
- Maintain filing systems for all documentation, both electronically and paper based
- Provide general administrative duties, including filing and scanning
- Ad-hoc duties when required
.and any other duties required to support the achievement of the Company’s objectives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 3 GCSE’s, or equivalent, including English and Maths, at Grade C or above
- A proven track record of multitasking
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (including Word and Excel)
- Experience in a similar previous role
ADDITIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conscientious and task focused
- Must be IT literate to a high standard
**Job Type**: Part-time
