Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Company: The Lost City Adventure Golf
**Overview**:
To provide effective administrative support to the Area Operations Manager and to help ensure smooth running of the weekly invoices for the four locations as well as any HR admin support.
CONTRACTED HOURS: 16 hours per week (flexible on days)
HOURLY RATE: £12.75 per hour
CONTRACTED TERM: 1 year FTC
LOCATION: Nottingham, The Lost City workshop/head office on Haydn road.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES**:
- Assist the Area Operations Manager and head office team with data entry
- Produce purchase ledgers.
- Maintain filing systems for all documentation, both electronically and paper based
- HR admin, ensuing all training for each employee is completed to keep them compliant
- Provide general administrative duties, including filing and scanning
- Ad-hoc duties when required
- Ad-hoc travel arrangements
- Collecting post from the Nottingham site weekly
.and any other duties required to support the achievement of the Company’s objectives
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- A minimum of 3 GCSE’s, or equivalent, including English and Maths, at Grade C or above
- A proven track record of multitasking
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (including Word and Excel)
- Experience in a similar previous role
**ADDITIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conscientious and task focused
- Must be IT literate to a high standard
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
