**Role Overview**:
As a Grounds Person, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our clients state-of-the-art football facility to the highest standards. Your dedication will ensure that our facility remains a pristine environment for athletic development and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness across the football ground.
- Operate and maintain ground equipment and machinery efficiently.
- Responsible for operating and maintaining grow lights to support optimal plant growth and development.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sports surfaces to ensure optimal playing conditions.
- Work closely with the grounds team to implement seasonal programs and projects.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and following health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience working on football pitches and operating grow lights
- A keen interest in sports, particularly football, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of using grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
- A commitment to excellence and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant qualifications in horticulture or sports turf management are advantageous.
