**The business**:
We are a multi-award winning Sales and Lettings agency, based in Poulton. We cover all areas of the Fylde Coast, including Over Wyre and Kirkham.

**The role**:
We are looking for a Full time Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Poulton office to assist the Sales Director and Lettings Team. Your main roles will be:

- Register all details on CRM system
- Booking viewings and appraisals
- Registering Applicants/Landlords and Purchasers/Vendors
- Liaising with 3rd party contractors and arranging maintenance Jobs
- Liaise with solicitors
- Preparing tenancy packs
- Accompany viewings
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions
- Negotiate terms of sales or lettings on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements

**The package**:

- Small Local Business

*Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
- Use of company car during office hours (inline with insurance T&C's)
- 28 Days holiday a year (including bank holidays)
- A supportive and friendly working environment
- Experience in the property sector is desirable
- Enthusiastic; a great team player
- Have the drive to want to succeed
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Good local knowledge of the area
- Ability to organise workload
- Full driving licence is essential
- Well presented
- Excellent time management

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: £24,000
