Telephone Account Executive

Flexibility on hours between 8:30AM - 5PM

Monday - Friday, no weekend work

MG Safety are a longstanding and vibrant wholesaler of safety equipment, work gear and PPE that it sells to distributors. Our customers include Country Stores, Garden Centres and Industrial Supplies distributors.

Joining a team of 3 and reporting into a long serving and highly experienced Sales Manager, these positions are key to the business in reaching its sales objectives.

About the person:

- Is self-motivated and driven.
- Strong IT skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practices exceptional talk time and dial rates.
- Adapts well to change and embraces it.
- Embraces coaching and training to continuously improve.
- Able to tailor their calls based on provided data.
- Can manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Following up existing enquiries by telephone.
- Outbound sales calls to existing and prospective business customers that will already buy similar product ranges from elsewhere.
- Using technology as an advantage, engaging with customers the way they like, telephone, online live chat, Microsoft teams etc.
- Updating company database and planning follow ups accordingly.
- Related office duties in line with the needs of the business.
