**Location: Park Royal - Hybrid working**
We have an exciting new role working for a leading foods company based in Park Royal. The role has the potential to go permanent after the 6 month fix term contract. Lots of great benefits and a free car park. With hybrid working and occasional travelling tostores in London to do onsite training.
The L&D Trainer delivers inductions, training and management development programs. They work as part of the L&D team and specialise in delivering training through various mediums such as classroom facilitation, one to one training, webinars and e-learning andreviewing its efficiency through ongoing training evaluations. The L&D trainer supports the L&D specialists in the creation of training materials for the Central Production Unit to support the current business objectives.
**Responsibilities include**:

- To facilitate classroom-based training to an audience ranging from team member to senior manager following the training cycle.
- To conduct training pathway graduations in line with the company’s training guideline
- To report to the L&D manager current training pathway figures and cost
- To compile and report to the L&D Manager compliance training figure

**Problem solving**:

- To conduct training evaluations following the Kirkpatrick mode
- To conduct detailed skill gap analyses to ensure the CPU team is upskilled and support succession planning and ideal family tree.
- To liaise with external training providers to ensure that specialism training is delivered on time and to the quality expected.
- To be an ambassador of the company’s values and behaviours and promote the importance of L&D across the different CPU department
- To work closely with the all CPU departments to ensure our training is effective and supports current business objectives.
- To conduct training visits to improve compliance and training figures.
