We’re looking to recruit an Applications Trainer to join our Programme & Service Delivery Team at our head office located near London Bridge. This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible working available on a hybrid basis (60% remote and 40% office based). You will also be required to travel to other Hyde offices as and when required.

**Duties of an Applications Trainer**
- Hold accountability for creating, implementing, and evaluating software training solutions for the Hyde Group, ensuring it is tailored fit for purpose, and effective.
- Liaise and negotiate with business service users to ensure that classroom training is targeted in the required areas and delivered as required.
- Continuously seek feedback from service users to continuously improve the delivery of IT training for The Hyde Group.
- Liaise with internal business uses to ensure that IT e-learning training is targeted in the required areas and delivered as required.
