**Responsibilities**
- Plan work, measure & fit flooring accurately.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various floor fitting activities.
- Execute floor fitting tasks including carpet and vinyl.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in property maintenance, with a solid understanding of fitting practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to interpret works required accurately.
- Experience working in the construction or property industry is an advantage but not essential.
