**Role Description**

We are seeking a motivated Field Based Sales Representative (Flooring Expert) to join our team.

This is a self employed, full time role with a realistic OTE of £40,000 to £50,000 per year.

Unlike many sales roles, this position involves no cold calling. You will attend pre booked in home

appointments with customers who have already expressed interest in our products. Your role is to

present our flooring options, explain the unique benefits of choosing Lazy Carpets & Flooring, and

help customers find the perfect solution for their homes.

Full product and sales training will be provided, including a guaranteed minimum weekly payment

during your training period.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attending pre booked customer appointments (no cold calling)
- Presenting flooring options in home and highlighting USPs
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Following up on quotations and closing sales
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Providing accurate and timely sales reports

**Qualifications**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in sales and customer service (essential)
- A strong communicator and negotiator with excellent presentation skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experienced in flooring, home improvement, or a similar field (advantageous but not essential)
- Skilled in building relationships and maintaining customer trust
- Confident with remote and digital communication tools

**Requirements**- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Mobile phone
