**Property Warranty Coordinator - Own transport is required due to location** **Salary**:

- £18000

The Property Warranty Coordinator will manage the day to day account for their clients in line with the customer contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all calls are recorded and monitored on their CRM
- Coordinate repairs
- Work with Out of Hours support team
- Report back weekly on the progress
- Meet they key performance indicators and agreed targets
- Attend daily team meetings and report on your day
- To attend weekly and monthly 1-2-1's
- Work with the Business Content Controller to ensure the system is kept up to date
- Attend review meetings with clients (this will be out of the office)
- Any ad hoc duties that may arise outside of the job description

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- E-mails are responded to within 48 working hours
- Telephones are answered within 3 rings
- Ensure all jobs are raised within 24 hours
- Ensure all jobs are completed within the agreed SLA
- Ensure all clients are updated weekly
- To undertake and pass the exams
