**FP&A Manager**

**Salary - up to £50K dependant on experience**

**Location: Nottingham with hybrid working**

T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a global market leading manufacturing business who have an opportunity for an FP&A Manager to join their team.

Reporting into a Finance Director, as FP&A Manager, you will support the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of the financials for a Global division. You will be a key player in the consolidation and analysis of a number of manufacturing ledgers,several sales ledgers and a head office.

**As FP&A Manager your main responsibilities will include.**
- Month-End
- Consolidation of global results
- Analysis of order book
- Completion of monthly flash reporting
- Margin Analysis
- Consolidation and analysis of monthly results
- Analysis and recommendations on key markets and customers
- Act as a Business partner to the Commercial Director
- Fixed Assets
- Lead the monthly review of CAPEX
- Control global CAPEX
- Forecasting
- Consolidation and analysis of Global quarterly forecast and annual budget
- Short-term current month profit forecasting
- Net working capital forecasting
- Cashflow forecasting
- Consolidation of weekly sales and cash collections
- Strong business partnership with all areas of the business
- Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency within the business

**To be successful as FP&A Manager you will demonstrate the following.**
- CIMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
- High level of numeracy and IT literate (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of BM Cognos Controller; TM1, Fourth Shift would be an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong process and financial control discipline
- Flexible and motivated team player with a drive to deliver and achieve in role
- Ideally experience of working in a manufacturing organisation but not essential
