**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Lead & Inspire**: Motivate and coach your team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

- **Build Relationships**: Connect with tourism bodies, tour operators, and event venues to expand our reach.
- **Manage Operations**: Oversee complex bookings, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain CRM integrity.
- **Represent & Champion**: Promote Avanti at industry events, host VIP bookings, and support inclusive campaigns like Feel-Good Travel Schools.
